Our Journey to Creating Dumaguete's Premier Fitness & Community Hub

It was my dream for many years to have a restaurant, and it was my wife's dream for many years to have a gym. So we married both of our dreams into one place: Fit24 Fitness Gym and Fit24 Cafe. We envisioned a unique destination in Dumaguete City that perfectly blends world-class fitness facilities with a vibrant, welcoming cafe.

Fit24 isn't simply a gym or a cafe—it's a space crafted from personal passion, heartfelt dreams, and a sincere commitment to excellence, where everyone feels at home. It began as a personal vision to integrate fitness and community in one seamless, comfortable environment.

Being deeply committed to body building and fitness, Elvie saw the need to provide Dumaguete with a space where top-tier fitness facilities coexist effortlessly with an inviting cafe open to all, even without gym membership. In our cafe:

We proudly serve specialty-grade coffee beans—like our Royal beans from H Proper, graded 83–85 by Capricorniotrace.com, a level rarely found in Dumaguete. Our commitment extends to our equipment, with La Marzocco espresso machines and Mahlkonig grinders, and to our food, prepared exclusively with EU-sourced extra virgin olive oil. Our menu goes beyond great coffee, featuring crowd favorites like silogs, beef and vegan burgers, parfaits, and our signature Bongga salad.

We are a family-run business, and we’re present every day—personally overseeing the details that matter most. In the cafe, we select only the best ingredients, and ensure our staff is always learning and growing. We have ongoing trainings in coffee making, hospitality, service,safety and cleanliness. We stick to classic Italian and Spanish recipes, and we love introducing new dessert drinks. In the gym, maintenance is never delayed: when our sauna needed a repair, it was back in action in less than a week. Our coaches undergo coaching and safety trainings. We don’t just manage—we care.
